Saturday August 28 turned out to be an awesome day with a bad beginning. If the clock in the RV worked correctly we would not have these pictures of Mount McKinley. Somehow the clock was two hours off so we missed the 6:30 bus into the park and had to take a 10:30. With a few hours to do nothing I decided we should check out McKinley.

The first two pictures are taken about 65 miles from Mt McKinley.

We got another splendid view of McKinley as we drove from Denali to Anchorage that evening... The pictures were taken about 10pm from various points along the Parks Highway, about 35 miles from McKinley
